Commissioning
The appliance must be professionally connected before it is switched on. The on-site electrical
connected loads must match the connected loads on the appliance! For setting up and connecting,
see page 28, chapter 9.
. Before using the appliance for the first time, clean with a cleaning product that dissolves grease.
● Cleaning and care, refer to page 24 chapter 6.

Filling the pan
. Close drain tap.
. Fill tank with water to a depth of approximately 3 cm.

● The Gastronorm containers must be in contact with the water and must not float.

● To speed up the heating-up time: fill with hot water and cover the tank while it is heating.
● Check the water level regularly while the appliance is in use and top up with water as necessary.
