Commissioning
The appliance must be professionally connected before starting it up correctly. The on‐site elec
trical connected loads must agree with the connected loads on the appliances! Setting up‐ and
connecting, see page 18, chapter 8.
. Before commissioning for the first time, clean with a damp cloth and a cleaning agent that
cuts through grease.
. Rub cleaned parts and surfaces dry with a soft cloth.

Switching the appliance on
. Switch on the appliance - press the switch.
D The lamp in the switch illuminates.
D The appliance heats up.
. Place finished prepared foods, on dishes, under the heat bridge to keep hot.
