Description of the appliance

Operating principle
● Supply of heat is through electrical heating elements below the griddle plate/roasting pan.
● The appliance is equipped with two separately adjustable heating zones.
● The heating elements are thermostatically controlled.
● In the event of overheating, for example due to a defect in a component, switching off is carried
out by the safety temperature limiter/safety thermostats.

Commissioning
