The following data are stored permanently in the
sensor:
– type of sensor
– serial no.
– software version
– hardware version
– part no.
– operating time
– calibration time and calibration date
– calibration table / data
– CIP / SIP cycles

Scope of delivery

Each sensor is supplied fully assembled, factory-
tested and calibrated for correct function together
with:
– a quality control certificate
– factory calibration certificate is stored in the sen-
sor's electronics
– inspection certificates 3.1
(complying with EN 10204)
– protetive cap for safe storage

Note: Make sure the sensor is stored in a dry envi-
ronment when not in use.

Note: If the MembraCap (membrane cap) is re-
moved or replaced the factory calibration is void.
The sensor then needs recalibration.
