When changing the MembraCap, please observe the
following instructions:

Attention! Make sure that this maintenance step is
carried out in a clean environment.
a
Attention! Make sure you hold the sensor upside
down (Fig. 1, 2 and 3). Otherwise the diffusor might
fall out and the thermal conductivity chip will be
exposed. If the diffusor falls out clean it gently with
alcohol and place it back on top of the sensor.
