• The packaging protects the machine from transport
damage. The packaging materials are usually
selected according to environmentally-friendly and
waste disposal criteria and can thus be recycled.
Returning the packaging to the material cycle saves
raw materials and reduces the amount of waste.
• Packaging parts (e.g. films, Styropor®) can be dan-
gerous for children. There is a danger of suffocation!
Keep packaging parts out of the reach of children
and dispose of them as quickly as possible.
COMMISSIONING
Use as table saw
To use the saw as a table saw, press the lever (item 4)
down, then turn the table until it audibly engages.
Now loosen the thumb screw (item 5) that fixes the
splitter. There are two grooves in the cylinder of the
splitter attachment, i.e., two adjustment settings.
Press the lever in the handle of the saw which locks
the saw blade guard (item 6), pull the saw blade guard
so that it protrudes approx. 2 cm below the cover,
then retighten the thumb screw.
CAUTION!
Always make sure that the splitter has sufficient
clearance to the saw blade.
Now turn the screw (item 7) as far as it will go so that
the saw unit tilts downwards.
Now press the lever (item 8) and turn the table again
until it audibly engages.
The saw blade guard can be attached to the splitter
by pressing the knob (item 9) on the saw blade guard.
If you are not using an extraction system, attach the
dust bag to the extraction outlet under the table.
Please attach the respective fence (item A) to the tab-
le. The saw is now ready for operation as a table saw.
Use as chop saw
To use the saw as a chop or mitre saw, press the
lever (item 8) to unlock the table, now you can fold it
upwards. After you have completed the rotation, the
table must be audibly engaged again.
Pull the orange knob (item 11), turn it and let it
engage again. Now move the saw unit to an upright
position.
CAUTION!
Now activate the depth limit using the
CAUTION!
Use a thumb screw to change the position of the
splitter. The splitter must be set back so that it is
parallel to the saw blade. For this purpose, the
opposite groove is used in the same way as for
the table saw.
CAUTION!
Tighten the height adjustment completely by
turning the screw for the height adjustment
(item. 7) all the way to the right (opposite positi-
on to table saw operation).
The chip hood for chop and mitre operation should
be mounted under the turned table. The chip cover is
first hooked into the two eyelets provided on the saw
table and then screwed into place on the opposite
side using the screw provided. If you are not using an
extraction system, attach the chip bag to one of the
two extraction outlets.
The saw is now ready for operation as a chop and
mitre saw.
OPERATION
Saw angle adjustment
• Saw blade setting 0° to 45° can be read off the scale.
The saw angle can be changed by releasing the
locking lever (item 12) and tilting the saw unit.
• By loosening the screw (item 13), the saw blade set-
ting can be changed by turning the saw unit.
Ripping cuts
• Set the rip fence to the desired width to the saw
blade.
• Place the workpiece on the contact surface; the flat-
ter/wider side must rest flat on the sawing table.
CAUTION!
Keep a large safety distance from the saw blade.
Splitter adjustment
• Loosen the screw on the splitter (item 14) in order
to be able to move the splitter – see the respective
type of cut.
• Tighten the screw again.
