Warranty

Warranty claims may be raised only if the conditions for warranty given
in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery obtain.

Transport and Storage

The product ships in a transport box. The product should be stored in
this box, which protects it from humidity and environmental agents.
When sending the product, it should be placed into the transport box
at all times.

Identifying the Product

Every product is identified by a name plate. It shows the model, the
serial number ("Geräte-Nr."), the voltage ("Spannung"), frequency
("Frequenz"), month and year of manufacture ("Baujahr"), power
("Leistung"), protection level ("Schutzart"), and the manufacturer.
