Final tests

After installation, verify correct functioning by testing the whole:
 Check interruption of one cell: no alarm triggered.
 Check interruption of at least two adjacent cells: intrusion alarm (red LED lit).
 Prolonged interruption of one of the cells for longer than 1 minute: disqualification alarm
(orange LED lit).

CONNECTION

7.1

Configuring the user's computer

By default, the connection parameters of MAXIRIS 3000 / MAXIRIS 3100 columns are as follows:
IP address
Subnet mask
The following procedure allows for the configuration and connection of the user's PC to the column:
Under WINDOWS* XP:
 Go to Control Panel, double-click on Network connections, then on Local Area Connection
and select Properties.
 In General tab, Highlight the line Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), then click on Properties.
 Choose the option Use the following IP address and enter the network settings below.
Under WINDOWS* 7:
 Go to Control Panel, double-click on Network and Sharing Center, then left select Change
adapter settings, then click on Local Area Connection.
 In Networking tab, Highlight the line Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), then click on
Properties.
 Choose the option Use the following IP address and enter the network settings below.
