- Never start pressure cooking with a boiling liquid.
- Do not thicken the liquid before cooking / Never pressure cook a viscous product (gelatine, thick sauces, ...)
- Do not pressure cook oil, milk or similar liquids.
- Some products can cause strong emulsion and/or splashing when baked under pressure. The product level
must be adjusted to prevent cooking deposits on the lid that may clog the steam vents on the lid. If deposits
are observed on the lid after cooking: clean the lid before cooking again and reduce the volume of this type
of product when pressure cooking again. Cooking deposits can cause the appliance to trip.
- The warranty will not cover problems caused by failure to comply with these recommendations.
Weekly required maintenance":
- Clean the pressure cooking system once a week by pressure cooking (pressure mode selected) without
food or cleaning product with the minimum of water, for 5min.

To lock the lid
- Close it fully
- Lock the lid with the two clamps on the sides of the lid
To open the lid:
- Wait for the end of cooking beep or make sure that the unit is not in
the course of a cooking cycle
- Push the handle down and the locks automatically unlock to return
to the open position.
Attention: Never force the locks open while the unit is still under pressure
(current cooking cycle)
