Using the pressure mode
When steaming cooking (and not when cooking a preparation, for example "Bourguignon"), it is possible to program a cycle at the start of the
cooking process with optimal filling of the tank and preheating the water by pressing the "Preparation" button.
Note: The end of cooking is after the appliance has sounded and the interface indicates "End". From this moment on, it is possible to open the cover.

Allows pressure cooking with the lid locked down
The level of cooking delicacy can be adjusted by pressing the Pressure button again.
Default setting is: « NOT DELICATE»
Procedure:
Fill or complete the tank with water (if necessary) respecting the min - max volume
Adjust the cooking delicacy if necessary
Programme a cooking time
Note: Cooking time is counted from the time the pressure increases (after venting)
Put the food products in the tank or baskets (if not present in the tank)
Close and lock the lid
Press the button "START" to start cooking
Note: Cooking time is counted from the time the pressure increases (after venting)
Procedure :
Press the " Preparation " button
Press " START " to commence filling the tank + start heating (pre-heating)
Adjust the cooking delicacy if necessary
Programme a cooking time
Note: Cooking time is counted from the time the pressure increases (after venting)
When the water and temperature filling instructions are reached, the unit sounds and
the interface indicates " Start READY ".
Put the food products in the tank or baskets
Close and lock the lid
Press the button " Start READY " to start cooking
