5. Scan the master card 1x to exit programming mode.
2 beeps sound. This confirms that the product is in normal operation mode.
Program group 4 - Activating the safety lock
The card reader can be set with a safety lock to prevent attempted scanning with non-
registered cards. There are 3 different options available:
Option 1 - no safety lock (default setting)
Option 2 - Lock within 60 seconds after 10 failed attempts
Option 3 - Lock within 15 minutes after 10 failed attempts
Only one option can be selected during programming.

1. Scan the master card 4x to activate program group 4.
The blue status LED flashes during programming and the 4 power indicator LEDs lights
up. After approx. 2 seconds, 2 beeps sound for confirmation and power indicator LEDs
1, 2 and 3 flash to indicate the 3 available options.
2. Press the doorbell key to select option 1, 2 or 3.
The power indicator LED corresponding to the selected option lights up. After approx.
2 seconds, 2 beeps sound to confirm the selection.
