DISASSEMBLY
1) Disassemble the power head, referring to the
exploded diagram.
1. Cylinder head and thermostat cover
2. Intake manifold and read valve
3. Exhaust covers
4. Oil seal housing
5. Crank case
6. Crankshaft
7. Piston
8. Piston rings
Note the following points:
1. When disassembling the piston and piston
pin, place a tray under the connecting rod
to catch the needle bearings.
2. Only carry out removal of the crankshaft
bearing if the bearing is malfunctioning.
