Lock for ten minutes
If ten invalid access attempts are made with a transponder, the
code lock will be locked for ten minutes. The LED indicator (2) will
flash red. During this time, access cannot be gained, even with
valid transponders.
Triggering an alarm
After 10 invalid access attempts have been made via a
transponder, the code lock sounds an alarm.
The alarm duration is adjustable (from 1 to 3 minutes, default
setting = 1 minute), as described in section 11 "Programming",
"h) Setting the alarm duration".
The alarm can be terminated prematurely with the valid master
code or by presenting a valid transponder. The alarm is disabled
by default.
To configure the security function, proceed as follows:
•
The code lock must be in standby mode and the LED
indicator (2) must be red.
•
Enable programming mode (see section 11 "Programming",
paragraph "b) Enabling/exiting programming mode"). The
LED indicator (2) will then flash red.
Example:
•
Press the
key. The LED indicator (2) will turn orange.
