Vegetable Skewers

Preparation:
1. Wash the vegetables and cut them into pieces of equal size.
2. Place them alternately onto grill skewers and apply a small amount of oil.
3. Place the skewers onto the low rack in the hot-air oven, set a temperature of 175°C and a
cooking time of approx. 13 minutes. Switch on the oven.
4. After approx. 13 minutes, check whether they are almost cooked. If they are, increase the
supply of heat to 225°C and fi nish grilling them for approx. 2 minutes until they have a lovely
brown colour.
Tastes great with rice, croquettes, potatoes or herb baguette.
Grilled Trout Meunière

Preparation:
1. Clean the trout, rub in lemon juice and allow it to infuse for 15 minutes.
2. Dry and lightly salt from the inside.
3. Place on the high rack in the hot-air oven, set the temperature to 180 – 200°C and, depend-
ing on the age and size of the trout, set a cooking time of 15 – 25 minutes and switch on the
device.
4. Cook and grill the trout until they reach the level of browning you want.
5. Then garnish with parsley.
Tastes superb with potatoes or vegetables.
