Pork Chops

Preparation:
1. Wash the chops and score the fat around the edge.
2. Press the garlic cloves and mix with oil, salt and pepper.
3. Rub the mixture into the chops.
4. Place onto the high rack in the hot-air oven, set a temperature of 190°C and a cooking time
of 10 minutes. Switch on the oven.
5. After 10 minutes, reduce the heat to 180°C and allow the chops to grill for a further 15 – 20
minutes.
Spare Ribs in Orange Marinade

Preparation:
1. Mix together all ingredients (apart from the spare ribs).
2. Coat spare ribs with the paste and allow them to marinade in cling fi lm in the fridge for ap-
prox. 2 hours.
3. Remove spare ribs from the fi lm, add a little salt.
4. Place the rack in the hot-air oven, set a temperature of 230°C and a cooking time of approx.
12 minutes. Switch on and preheat the oven.
5. Place the spare ribs on the hot rack and allow them to grill for a good 10 minutes.
6. Then turn them and continue grilling for a further 15 minutes.
Serve with dips, croquettes, potato wedges or garlic bread.
