Error table

Symptom
The display lights up.
Only one side works.
The fuse in the fuse box is
faulty. Continuous beep.
When first used a strange
smell is emitted by the hob.
The hob does not work and
the displays on the operating
panel remain off.
The hob does not work and an
error code F1, F2, F3 or F4 is
displayed.
The hob is not working and the
child lock symbol appears in
the display.
If you notice a crack in the glass top (however small), switch the hob off
immediately, unplug the hob, turn off the (automatic) fuse switch(es) in
the fuse box or, in the event of a permanent connection, set the switch
in the power supply lead to zero. Contact the service department.
If the appliance does not work properly, this does not always mean that
it is defective. Always check the following points in table below.
Possible cause
Normal operation.
Incorrect connection of the
hob.
New appliance.
The appliance is receiving no
power. Defective power supply
or incorrect connection.
The electrical switch works
poorly.
The hob is locked.
Solution
Do nothing, the display
disappears after 30 seconds.
Check the electrical
connections. See electrical
connection (page. 23).
Warm a pan full of water for
30 minutes on each zone.
Check the fuses and the
electric master switch.
Contact the Service
Department.
