ERRORS
Symptom
The hob switches off during
use, 4 dashes are displayed.
A row of dashes or F0 is
displayed.
Error code F0
After switching on a cooking
zone, the operating panel
display continues to flicker.
Error code F5 or F6
The pans make a noise while
cooking. Your hob makes
ticking noises during cooking.
The ventilator continues to work
for several minutes after the hob
has been switched off.
Ceramic glass plate broken.

Possible cause
Something has boiled over
or there is an object on the
operating panel.
The electronic circuits are
warm.
Pan has boiled dry or is too hot. Allow the appliance to cool
The pan you are using is not
suitable for induction cooking
or has a diameter of less than
12 cm (10 cm for the 16 cm
cooking zone).
Appliance overheated due to
insufficient ventilation.
Normal for certain types of pan.
This is caused by energy being
transmitted from the hob to

Solution
Clean the hob or remove
the object and then
continue cooking.
