Setting The Tedder From The Transport To The Working Position - SIP SPIDER 400/4 ALP Mode D'emploi

Secure the movable attachment with a safety pin
(1) in position "A". Only insert the PINS, when the
machine is raised.

Activate the tractor's valve and raise the rotors by
using the raising cylinders (5) into the transport
position, so that the hooks automatically lock.
MAKE SURE that the hooks have locked properly
(2). Release the valve.

Turn the raised rotors inwards. Hold the hose
protection with one hand (3). Use the other hand to
pull out the pin (4) and turn the rotor until the pin
locks again. Do not release the ROTOR while
turning it inwards.

Use the three-point rail system to raise the folded
tedder into the upper position.

Nobody is allowed to stay between the
tractor and the machine or near the
rotary tedder when set into work
position. High risk of injury!
–
Danger of material damage: Check the
disconnection of the safety pin of the
flexible three point hitch.
–
Do not turn on the PTO shaft until the
tedder is in the working position.
–
Only raise and lower the rotors on a
level and flat surface.
