CENTRE AND OUTSIDE RESISTORS
The function is available in the CERAMIC COOKING SURFACE(1-PCC)
CENTRE AND EXTERNAL RESISTOR:
This is the default function; the "centre and external resistor" icon, and an alternative to "centre" and "external'; it means
that the resistive load of both the centre and external resistors is activated.
-UPPER ZONE: When a power level is set, the controller activates heating, according to the parameters of this power
level, by closing RELAY 1 and OUTPUT 1
-LOWER ZONE: When a power level is set, the controller activates heating, according to the parameters of this power
level, by closing RELAY 2 and OUTPUT 2
CENTRE RESISTOR:

the centre resistor is activated.
-UPPER ZONE: When a power level is set, the controller activates heating, according to the parameters of this power
level, by closing RELAY 1

level, by closing RELAY 2
EXTERNAL RESISTOR:
"external resistor" icon, and an alternative to "centre and external'; it means that only the resistive load of the external
resistor is activated.
-UPPER ZONE: When a power level is set, the controller activates heating, according to the parameters of this power
level, by closing OUTPUT 1
-LOWER ZONE: When a power level is set, the controller activates heating, according to the parameters of this power
level, by closing OUTPUT 2
ACTIONS: it is possible to switch between the three functions by pressing for 0.1 second at any time in the following
sequence
; a single beep will sound.
MELTING
The function is available in FRYERS (10-FR).
When activating the cooking centre, default setting is "melting off"
Pressing for 0.1 second activates the function and the icon changes to "melting on"
and a single beep will sound.
Press again for 0.1 second, to switch from "ON" to "OFF"; a single beep will sound.
When exiting the function before the end-cycle temperature is reached, it returns to the state prior to activation, with no
change to machine set.
The Melting function is characterised by a fixed ON and OFF time of the resistor:
on 30 seconds - off 30 seconds / 60 seconds
and by an adjustable temperature value set between 70 °C to 90 °C; the default value is 80 °C, but the user-modified set
is stored and saved,
