When accessing the menu, the lower icon (the one being pressed) flashes on/off (2 on and 2 off in 1 second). It is
POSSIBLE to click on the flashing icon for 0.1 second to exit the menu; a single beep will confirm the action.
When accessing the menu, all other menu icons become blurred (blurred animations are not present, the reference icon is
displayed).
In any case, if no key is pressed for 30 seconds, the controller automatically exits the menu and sets the values present at
that time
THIS FUNCTION CAN BE USED AND THE CORRESPONDING ICON IS DISPLAYED, BUT ONLY AFTER
5 SECONDS (to allow the temperature to settle), IF THE FOLLOWING TWO FACTORS ARE PRESENT:
1 - the "vacuum probe off" icon only appears on the display if there is a valid machine set,
therefore other than '- -'; at the same time, the probe inserted in the jack must be present, as in the following point
2 - The core probe has a jack plug connector and is connected and disconnected as required.
The function can only be used and the "vacuum probe off" icon appears on the display if the probe is physically present
at PROBE INPUT 2 and a valid set is present, as in the previous point. Disconnecting the probe from the jack connector
disables the function and the icon disappears from the display
For example, when activating the cooking centre, if the probe is already connected, the "vacuum probe off" icon
will not be Visible as the value set is still "- - -".
LIMITS AND SETTING RULES:
-THE MINIMUM VALUE SET CANNOT BE LOWER THAN THE ACTUAL TEMPERATURE READ BY THE
PROBE
-THE MAXIMUM VALUE THAT CAN BE SET IS 90 °C
-IF A VACUUM PROBE VALUE IS SET HIGHER THAN THE MACHINE SET, THE MACHINE SET WILL BE
SET TO THE SAME VALUE AS THE VACUUM PROBE VALUE; IF THE VACUUM PROBE VALUE IS SET
BETWEEN 80°C AND 90° C, THE MACHINE WILL BE SET TO "MAX"
-IF A VACUUM PROBE IS SET LOWER THAN THE MACHINE SET, THE LATTER REMAINS UNCHANGED
-IF THE PROBE IS ACTIVE WITH A VALID VALUE SET, THE MACHINE SET CANNOT BE SET LOWER THAN
THE VACUUM PROBE SET
IN THE WORK SCREEN (OFF MENU):
ACTION 1: Pressing the "vacuum probe off" icon
for 0.1 second activates the function, the temperature value
read by the probe is shown on the display in the top left of the screen, under the "vacuum probe on mini"
icon, and
the temperature SET or HOLD, if set, is displayed and the "vacuum probe off"
icon changes to "vacuum probe
on"
and a single beep will sound.
Pressing again for 0.1 second disables the function, the values disappear/are hidden (but remain set and stored) and the
"vacuum probe on" icon
changes to the "vacuum probe off" icon
and a single beep will sound.
