Release the footswitch and reengage .
and Orange
Ensure the handpiece connector is fully
seated in the receptacle on the front of the
unit . A "click" will be felt when it is properly
inserted .
Rotate power knob fully counter-clockwise
to turn power off, wait 10 seconds, and rotate
power knob clockwise to turn power back on .
Replace the insert . It may be worn, clogged, or
damaged .
C. No water at insert:
1 .
Remove the insert and ensure that the water control is in the
fully open position .
2 .
Check that the main shut-off valve is open .
3 .
Check the disposable in-line water filter for possible clogging .
4 .
Check the recommended customer supplied in-line water filter
for possible clogging .
5 .
Make sure that the water lines are not kinked .
6 .
Make sure that the water knob is turned to the "open" position
(clockwise) .
7 .
Check the insert tip for possible clogging
D. Unit sprays water, but the insert does not vibrate:
1 .
Try a different insert . Sometimes a worn out and/or damaged
insert is not detectable to the naked eye .
E. Unit stops operating:
1 .
If an over-current or over temperature condition is detected,
power and waterflow to the handpiece is cut off and the LED
will blink green and orange . If this occurs, release and then re-
engage the footswitch .
