• Open the maintenance cover.
• Check that the mechanical switch is
engaged in the right position.
• See fig.4 previous page.
• Open the fuel valve. See fig.18.
Starting the engine
• Set the on/off switch (7) page 13 to the "ON" position with the key.
• Turn the on/off switch to "Start" with the key.
• When the engine is running, turn the on/off switch back to the "ON" position.
• In the first 20 operating hours, do not use the unit at its load limits.
If the engine does not start immediately, especially after an empty tank, after chang-
ing the fuel filter, if the battery power is not sufficient after long storage, or if the
power decreases, open the small cover (top). Loosen the screws, remove the cover and
operate the decompression lever. See figs.19 and 20 below.
