• Keep flammable materials away from the device. In case of fire, never extinguish the
device with water. Use a suitable fire extinguisher. Never inhale the smoke - if you do,
consult a doctor immediately
• Smoking is prohibited. Open fire is prohibited.
Operating materials, liquids, vapours and exhaust gases
• Only use diesel as fuel and15W-40 four-stroke engine oil as lubricating oil. Never
use diesel as fuel and other oils as lubricants for the engine.
• The device is lubricated with engine oil. Never let oil get into the ground. Danger to
the environment.
• The device produces toxic gases. The exhaust gases may be odourless and invisible
and may contain unburned hydrocarbons and benzene. Never breathe the exhaust
fumes. Risk of poisoning. In case of nausea, headaches, visual disturbances, hearing
disorders and dizziness, stop operation immediately.
• Never operate the device in closed or partially closed rooms. Risk of poisoning. Do
not operate the device in a garage, indoors, or by open windows or doors. Never
divert the exhaust gases. Only operate the device outdoors.
• Before refuelling, go to a safe and level place. Risk of fuel leakage. Remove any
spilled fuel before starting the device. Never allow fuel to get into the ground. Use a
suitable underlay.
• Never refuel in closed rooms. The fuel vapours accumulate on the ground. Risk of
poisoning. Refuel only in well ventilated places. Switch off the device before refuelling
and allow the device to cool down.
• Never move the device during operation.
• Fuels may contain dissolvent-like substances. Avoid skin and eye contact with the
fuels.
• Never inhale the fuel. Risk of poisoning.
• Only transport the fuel in approved and marked tanks. Make fuel inaccessible to
children.
• After refuelling, tighten the screw cap as tightly as possible.
• Existing overpressure must be reduced easily and no fuel must splash out - open the
fuel filler cap carefully.
• Never overfill the tank.
• Never add fuel or engine oil when the device is in operation.
