In general
• As a first-time operator, you should be instructed by a specialist. Children and adoles-
cents under the age of 18 are not allowed to use the device. If a young person over
the age of 16 is trained by a specialist under supervision, he or she is exempted from
the ban. Only lend or give the device to persons who are familiar with its operation.
Please include the user manual in the delivery. The operating personnel is responsible
to third parties. Keep other people away while using the device. Distraction can cause
you to lose control of the device. The person using the device must know how to stop
the unit in an emergency. The person using the device must be familiar with all operat-
ing devices, the junction boxes and the connections of the unit.
• Remove any adjustment tools or wrenches before turning on the device. A tool or key
located in a rotating part of the device can cause serious injury.
• Be attentive and carry out all work calmly and carefully. Never work when you
are tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medications or other substances
that may restrict your senses. Pay special attention to your constitution at the end of
working hours. A moment of carelessness when using the device can lead to serious
injuries.
• Never modify the device and its operating and safety mechanisms or render the
operating and safety mechanisms unusable. Changes to the device and changes to
the operating and safety equipment endanger your safety and can cause damage to
the device.
• Never operate the device that is not safe to operate. If the device shows any signs of
malfunction or defect, take it out of operation immediately. In case of doubt please

• Never leave the device alone during operation. A person must be available within
calling distance for emergencies.
• Do not turn, tilt or move the device during operation. Keep your work area clean.
