Fault
Extraction system does not start
up.
Dust is escaping from the dust
collection bin.
Filter dedusting is not working. Compressed air supply not

continuously.
The power LED illuminates after
initialization but the motors fail
to start.

Power supply not OK.
Electrical component faulty.
The carbon brushes are
defective.
Current clamp is not mounted
correctly.
Dust collection bin leaking.

Filter cartridges not inserted
correctly.
Rotary nozzles tilted or
damaged.
End caps of the rotary nozzles
loose or fallen off.
Filter cartridges or filter
membranes are defective/
saturated.
Control board defective.
Correction
► Check and replace as
needed, or contact customer
