Changing the drive belt position
The drive belt position is set and changed as follows:
Risk of injury due to unintentional switching on the machine!
Always disconnect the machine from the power supply before carrying out
setting, maintenance or servicing work and secure it against unintentional
connection.
When switching on the machine, listen for loud or unusual noises; if necessary, check and adjust
the drive belt again.
Direction of rotation
Only change the direction of rotation when the machine is at a complete standstill!

WAR N I N G
• Loosen the screw of the spindle cover (1) and open the cover.
• Open the side door by loosening the screw (2).
• Release the locking lever of the motor plate (3).
• Lift the motor by the belt tensioning handle (4).
• Position the drive belt on the spindle pulley (5) and on the motor pulley
(6). Make sure the drive belt runs parallel.
Carry out the previously performed work steps in reverse order:
• Lower the belt tensioning handle (4). This tightens the drive belt.
• Fix the locking lever of the motor plate (3).
• Fix the side door with the screw (2).
• Close the spindle cover (1) and fix it with the screw.

• Change the direction of rotation on the toggle switch of
the switch unit (1).
