Checking / adjusting / replacing V-belt
For optimum power transmission, the V-belt must be free of cracks and frays and have optimum
tension. Check the condition of the V-belt at least every 3 months, more frequently if used daily.
Broken or frayed V-belts must be replaced.

Storage
Store the machine in a dry, frost-proof and lockable place when not in use. Disconnect the
machine from the power supply. Make sure that unauthorised persons and especially children do
not have access to the machine.
Improper storage can damage and destroy important components. Only store packed
or already unpacked parts under the intended ambient conditions!

Saw blade:
- Open the maintenance door
- Rotate the rocker lever (1) downward with a wrench to
the lock position
- Replace the old V-belt (2) with a new one.
- Position drive belt (2) on corresponding motor belt
pulley (3) and drive belt pulley (4)

- Rotate the rocker lever upward
- Close the maintenance door
Scoring saw blade:
- Open the maintenance door
- Lift the motor (5)
- Replace the old V-belt (6) with a new one.
- Position new V-belt
- Lower the motor
- Close the maintenance door
NOTE:
the rocker lever / lower the motor, requiring no manual
adjustment
Cleand swivel arm
By turning the 4 screws (1) you can close or move away
the eccentric guide rollers and adjust a smooth running

- Loosen screw (1)
- Turning the setting screw (2) to the left .
- Turning the setting screw (2) to the right .
- Fix screw (1)
- Turning the setting screw (3) to the left
- Turning the setting screw (3) to the right
