Danger due to electrical voltage!
Handling the machine while it is connected to the power wupply can lead to serious
injuries or death.
Always disconnect the machine from the power supply before carrying out
adjustment or maintenance work and secure it against reconnection.
Saw blade
The material of the workpiece and the saw blade teeth are important criteria for a precise cutting
result. Both the number of teeth and their shape, arrangement and position are associated with a
specific function.
To improve the quality of the cut, always make sure that several teeth (at least 2-3) cut through the
workpiece at the same time. If only one tooth is working, the result is a poor machining surface
and the risk of kickback, vibrations and sound pollution increase.
Only work with a well ground saw blade!

Adjust the distance and parallelism between the riving
knife and the saw blade with the setting screws.
- To do this, loosen the nut (1) slightly.
- Make adjustments with setting screws (2).
- Retighten the nut.
NOTE:
of the riving knife must be within 0-2 mm.
NOTE:
riving knife must be always within 3-8 mm.
Adjust the saw blade guard so that the saw blade is
protected. The distance between the saw blade guard and
the workpiece should be max. 5 mm.

Adjust the parallelism to the saw blade exactly with set
screws on the bracket (1) or by the position of the arm
and fix the position with position screw (2).

Set the exact position above the saw blade. To do this,
loosen the screws (4) slightly, move the bracket and
tighten the screws again.
NOTE:
For angle cuts on the rip fence always assamble the
saw blade guard angle cut (3).
