1. Introduction and General Information
NOTE: Before installation and use of the pressure pump, please read the following instructions
carefully.
This manual contains essential instructions that must be followed during installation, start-up and main-
tenance of the equipment. Therefore, this manual must be consulted by all qualified technical personnel
who carry out the installation and are responsible for the operation of the equipment.
This manual must be kept in a safe place and be available for consultation at the place of installation of
the booster.
Diagrams of Franklin Electric booster sets with references to all their parts can be found in the Annex to this
document.
1.1. Description of the instructions contained in this manual
The safety notes in this manual are marked with the general danger symbol. Non-com-
pliance with them can cause serious injury.
Safety notes marked with this symbol warn of electrical hazards.
Failure to comply with safety regulations can result in physical and material damage, as well as
possible contamination of the environment.
Incorrect handling or installation of the pressure pump will result in the loss of warranty coverage.
