3. Installation
The wiring diagrams supplied in the switchboards must be strictly adhered to and must be properly
maintained and available for consultation at the place of installation of the equipment.
Franklin Electric pressure pumps are always delivered with an switchboard equipped with the necessary
protections for each motor and/or VFD, therefore, it is not necessary to add more protections than those
corresponding to the power supply cable of the booster, at the origin of the power supply outlet.
The booster must not be supplied with power until the first start-up is to be carried out. Otherwise, it can
lead to sudden starts of the motors and cause physical damage or damage to the installation.
If for any reason it is necessary to install a component that requires additional electrical connections, please
consult Franklin Electric.
