During use in combination with a grinding
tool, the latter's permissible contact pres-
sure must not be exceeded. Otherwise
this can lead to damage of the grinding tool and increased
danger of injury.
For optimum operating parameters, it is necessary to
consult the recommendations of the manufacturer or con-
tact SUHNER Field Service.
Exceeding the total force of 200N through the payload of
the tool, contact pressure and too forceful vibrations must
be avoided at all costs.
After a fall or an overload, the partly completed machinery
must not be put into operation again until it was checked
by SUHNER Service.

Communication through a web interface requires a con-
nection to the partly completed machinery and a stand-
ard web browser for parametrization. The access device
(PC/laptop) must have a static IP.
NOTE: Factory settings include the preset address of the
EFC-02 in the web browser: 192.168.1.22. This IP must not
be used for the access device.

For movements over edges parallel to the robot path,
briefly write the value of „Actual Position" to „Min. Po-
sition" or „Max. Position" before the traverse.
•
For handling processes, set the following values:
„Target Force": 0N, „Payload": set depending on
the payload, „Min. Position": 10mm, „Max. Position":
10mm.
