Operation Checklist

Review the pre-operation check as follows:
a. Recheck that all components are correctly installed to insure
safe operation
b. Check engine oil.
c. Check Transmission oil.
d. Fill Fuel with non-leaded gas in tank.
e. Check tire pressure.
Start up:
Prior to putting the equipment into operation, please read the
instructions in the operating manual for Honda motors carefully
through.
1. Install the trailer hitch to the back of your LineCoat equipment
using the 8 screws.
2. Hang the PowrDriver on the LineCoat equipment and make
sure that the hitch engages. Secure the hitch with bolt and
split.
3. Open the fuel valve (Position ON)
4. When the motor is cold, place the choke lever in the CLOSED
position.
If the motor is already warmed up, place the choke lever in the
OPEN position.
5. Open the gas lever to maximum 1/3.
6. Adjust the gas pedal using the adjustment lever if necessary.
7. Step up on the step, and sit down on the seat.
8. Adjust the seat to your height and lock it in place.
9. Stick the key in the ignition on the right side of the seat, and
turn it until the motor starts. Let go of the key.
10. Turn the fan on with the toggle switch.
Danger of overheating. Always turn on the fan when
the motor is running.
Attention
11. In case the choke lever was closed when starting (CLOSED
position), you should now place it in the OPEN position.
12. Place your foot on the gas pedal and press it forward in order
to drive forward.
Press the gas pedal backward in order to drive backward.
Take your foot off the gas pedal in order to brake.

The speed is not regulated via the gas pedal. In order
to speed up or slow down you must adjust the gas
lever on the motor appropriately.
Running machine at wide open is not advised and
may overheat components.

Shut down and Dismounting:
nEVER dismount unit with the engine running.
1. Take your foot off the gas pedal.
2. Move throttle to idle position.
3. Turn ignition key to off position.
4. Make sure that the PowrDriver has come to a complete stop,
do not get off before this is the case.

The PowerDriver's seat is equipped with a sensor.
This sensor shuts off the motor automatically, as
soon as the driver gets off.
5. Turn off the fan with the toggle switch.

Always turn off the fan when the motor is turned off,
since it otherwise will run down the battery.

Maintenance

Read below in order to know what type of maintenance should be
performed on your PowrDriver at certain intervals of usage.

For detailed information about maintenance and
care of the motor, please read the instructions in the
operation manual for Honda motors.
Daily:
• Check engine oil level and fill as necessary.
• Check hydraulic oil transmission reservoir level and fill as
necessary.
• Check and fill the gas tank with regular unleaded gas.
• Check tires and inflate to 1,7 bar (25 PSI) if needed
• Wipe down equipment – Never use a water hose to wash.
• Check and clean air cleaner. Replace when necessary
After first 20 hours:
• Drain and refill engine oil with SAE 10W-30 oil. See
manufacturers specs for API rating.
Weekly:
• Add a small amount of grease to ball coupler inside ball area.
• Check all hardware for integrity. Tighten any loose bolts or
nuts.
Every 50 hours:
• Replace spark plug
• Inspect system for oil leakage from drive assembly.
Every 100 hours:
• Spray the chain with dry chain spray for motorcycles.
• Grease Axle Bearings – Moly type grease, two pumps of grease
gun. Wipe excess grease off bearings.
• Drain and refill engine oil with SAE 10W-30 oil. See
manufacturers specs for API rating
• Check and refill if necessary Transmission reservoir.
• Check Chain tension and reset idler sprocket to tension if
required. Remove transmission cover and check drive belt.
Re-tension if required.
• Use air supply to remove accumulated dust inside cover.
