Troubleshooting
This troubleshooting guide is for general aid only. For warranty service, contact your dealer or wholesale distributor, or
contact the Customer Care Center using the information located in the front of this manual.
Symptoms
1. The door is noisy when
opened or closed.
2. The door is difficult to
move or does not open.
3. Water leaks.

Probable Cause
A. The fixed panel rattles in the
wall jamb.
B. The threshold rattles when the
door is closed.
C. The hinge squeaks when
opening or closing the pivot
panel.
D. There is a "knocking" sound
coming from the top hinge
when opening or closing the
pivot panel.
A. The pivot panel bottom seal
interferes with the threshold.
B. The soft-close assembly
closing-speed needs to be
adjusted.
C. The pivot panel and fixed
panel are too close to each
other, causing the magnetic
seals to overlap.
A. Water leaks under the
threshold.
B. Water leaks under the pivot
panel.
C. Water leaks between the fixed
panel and the wall jamb.
D. Water leaks between the wall
and the wall jamb.
Recommended Action
A. Verify that the wedge seal is installed between the
glass and the wall jamb for the full height of the
glass panel. Allow 24 hours for the silicone sealant
to fully dry before using the shower.
B. Apply 100% silicone sealant along the seam
between the threshold and shower base. Allow 24
hours for the silicone sealant to fully dry before
using the shower.
C. Apply lubricant to the top bearing of the soft-close
assembly.
D. Verify that the setscrew, connecting the top hinge
clamp to the soft-close assembly, is fully secured.
Use thread-locker if needed.
A. Trim the bulb on the pivot panel bottom seal.
B. Using the provided screwdriver, adjust the closing-
speed on the soft-close assembly. Turn the
screwdriver clockwise to increase the closing-
speed. Turn the screwdriver counterclockwise to
decrease the closing-speed.
C. Shift the pivot panel away from the strike jamb seal
and verify that the magnetic seals are properly
aligned.
A. Apply 100% silicone sealant to the outside edge of
the threshold. See silicone sealant manufacturer's
instructions before using shower.
B. Verify that the bottom seal is properly seated to the
glass panel.
C. Verify that the wedge seal is installed between the
glass and the wall jamb for the full height of the
glass panel.
D. Apply 100% silicone sealant along the inside and
outside seams between the wall jamb and the wall.
Do not apply silicone sealant inside the
threshold. Allow 24 hours for the silicone sealant
to fully dry before using the shower. See silicone
sealant manufacturer's instructions before using
shower.
