30. Secure the Top Hinge
WARNING: Risk of personal injury. Two people are recommended for this step. Place one person inside the
shower and another person outside the shower to adjust the pivot panel for plumb.
NOTE: The header cover clips may need to be temporarily repositioned.
Assemble the Soft-Close Assembly to the Brackets
Loosen the setscrew, holding the top hinge clamp to the soft-close assembly.
Align the soft-close assembly with the brackets on the header.
Tighten the Screws
Using a 3 mm hex wrench, tighten the screws securing the soft-close assembly brackets to the header.
Using a 3 mm hex wrench, tighten the setscrew holding the top hinge clamp to the soft-close assembly.
Using a 2.5 mm hex wrench, tighten the two setscrews securing the soft-close assembly to the soft-close assembly
brackets.
Position each header clip halfway between the soft-close assembly and the cleat. Tighten the screws.
The pivot panel can now safely open and close.
