INTRODUCTION
Hatco THERMMAX Salamanders are specially-designed
®
®
for cooking, grilling, reheating, and keeping foods hot. Their
unparalleled startup speed is a direct result of Hatco's
patented "instant on" heating elements located in the upper
housing of each salamander. The two pairs of independently-
controlled heating elements provide for the benefits of flexibility
and energy conservation. Reduced transfer of heat to the
surrounding area and a versatile hold function on certain
models make the THERMMAX Salamander energy efficient
and easy to operate.
Hatco THERMMAX Salamanders are products of extensive
research and field testing. The materials used were selected
for maximum durability, attractive appearance, and optimum
performance. Every unit is inspected and tested thoroughly
prior to shipment.
This manual provides the installation, safety, and operating
instructions for THERMMAX Salamanders. Hatco recommends
