4. If required, press the button "On/Off" to deactivate the target laser.
5. Hold the button "On/Off" for approx. 2 seconds to turn the device
off.

8. Distance measurement

1. If the target laser (K) has not yet been activated, press the button
"MEAS" to activate the laser.
2. Point the laser spot at a right angle to the target and try to hold the
device as still as possible.
3. Press the button "MEAS". After a short while, a beep will sound and
the reading will be shown on the display.
4. After each measurement, the laser will be deactivated and has to be
activated again prior to the next measurement.

9. Adding measured values

1. Measure the first value and press the button "+" to move this value to
the temporary buffer store.
2. Measure the next value by pressing the button "MEAS".
3. Press the button "+". The sum of the two measured values will be
shown on the display.
