3.4 Warranty
Zehnder offers a 24-month warranty on the air volume controller. This period applies from the date of
installation up to a maximum of 30 months after the date of manufacture of the device.
The date of production is indicated on the CM product label.

The CM is a Class II appliance, which incorporates an earth connection for functional purpose only.
The warranty is void if:
a defect is the result of unintended or careless use of the device;
■
a defect is the result of contamination of the device;
■
components from another manufacturer are used;
■
repairs have been carried out by unauthorised persons.
■
Not covered by the warranty:
costs for on-site disassembly and assembly;
■
wear due to normal use.
