STEP 4.
Fix the front column bottom cover (58) to the front column (4).
Connect the computer cable (59) to the connecting cable (60).
Fix the front column (4) to the main frame (1) with Allen bolts M8x16 (22),
curved washers (61), and flat washers (23).
STEP 5.
5a. Slide horizontally the long axle (56) into its opening under the front column
cover (51A/B). Put the left and right handle arm (7L/R) on the long axle (56)
with Allen bolts M8x16 (22), spring washers (25), washers (21), and flat washers
(24).
Do not tighten all the elements yet.
5b. Put the rear parts of the pedal base (8L/R) on the crank (20) with hexagonal
bolts M10x20 (26), spring washers (18) and flat washers (27).
Do not tighten all the elements yet.
5c. Screw the left and right handle arm (7L/R) to the left and right pedal base
(8L/R) with bolts M8x80 (37), flat washers (12) and locknuts (13). Install the
pedal base caps (31) and tighten all
the elements.
5d. Install the left and right pedal (34L/R) on the left and right pedal base
(8L/R) with hexagonal bolts M8x45 (33) and flat washers (12).
NOTE! The right s marked 'R' and the left is marked 'L'.
STEP 6.
Install stabilising pads for pedal bases (55L/R) on handle arms (7L/R) and pedal
bases (8L/R) using bolts (35).
Fix the left and right handle (6L/R) to
the left and right handle arm (7L/R) with bolts (44), curved washers (43)
and hexagonal nuts (49).
STEP 7.
Install the water bottle holder (67) on
the handlebar column (4) using the bolt (68) and the flat washer (69).
Make sure the holder is secure and insert the bottle (66).
STEP 8.
Plug in the power supply unit and plug the cable into the power socket (54)
on the front of the mainframe.
