Chapter 2: Create a new Login account
1. To access eMaint condition monitoring, go to: https://portal.live-asset.com or scan
this QR code.
2. Click Sign up then enter working email address in the provided field on the new
page.
3. NOTE: The reCAPTCHA box must be checked.
Click Register to proceed. A hint appears on the page indicating that a
verification email has been sent to the provided email account.
4. When the verification email is received, follow the link. The link opens
eMaint condition monitoring.
NOTE: The verification link is valid for 24 hours, and expires once clicked. If the
user clicks on an expired link, an expiration hint appears. To request a new link,
click Resend Email.
