Chapter 8: Troubleshooting
NOTE: Make sure that sensors and gateways are on the latest firmware versions.
Contact your Fluke Customer Service Manager (CSM) for this information.
Fluke Connect mobile app must be to the latest version.
y If unable to scan the gateway QR code:
Make sure area around the gateway is well lit. If necessary, use the mobile
device flashlight and the zoom in option.
Allow Fluke Connect mobile app to access the mobile device camera.
If still unable to scan the gateway QR code, select the option to connect
manually. The gateway information is on the gateway housing.
Gateway hotspot
The gateway hotspot is required for connection between Fluke Connect mobile app
and the gateway.
y If unable to connect to gateway hotspot:
Start commissioning once again. (See Chapter 4: Commission sensors and
gateways on page 10.)
