Set up assets
After the application is started, define the required test points for specified assets.
To define the test points:
 Create Location (e.g. company; location of plant; site or facility)
 Create Sublocation (if required)
 Create Asset (machinery)
 Enter Asset Details
 Define Components
 Define Test points (preferably bearing location)
 Define Tasks and Alarms
 Define Device Settings
1. To create and configure assets within the application, click the Configuration
icon (1) to access the Configuration module.
This is the module where assets are set up.
2. Click Add Top-Level Group tab (2) to create the top-level folder for the Asset
hierarchy. Edit the top-level folder name as required (3).
