Sensor – gateway pairing error
When a sensor is initially paired to a specific gateway, the sensor communicates with
only this gateway. If an error occurs when the sensor is commissioned and installed
by Fluke Connect app, no graphs are shown on eMaint condition monitoring although
both sensor and gateway are online. This is a pairing error and it is resolved by a
hard reset on the sensor.
y To reset the sensor:
 Screw open the sensor (see page 40). The reset button is located beneath
the hole shown below.
 Use a blunt thin object and press the reset button and hold for 5 seconds,
then release.
 The sensor LED lights steady green for a few seconds then starts to blink
green. The sensor bonding and all configuration data is deleted the pairing
procedure can be started again.
