5 - ENTRETIEN ET MAINTENANCE
NETTOYAGE/DÉSINFECTION
STÉRILISATION
L'utilisateur doit prendre contact avec les spé-
cialistes sanitaires de son établissement. Les
produits et procédures recommandés doivent
être respectés.
En cas de doute concernant la compatibilité des
agents actifs à utiliser, contacter le service après
vente MAQUET SAS local.
5.1 Nettoyage et désinfection de l'éclairage:
Avant tout nettoyage, vérifier que l'appareil est
éteint et qu'il a refroidi.
Consignes générales de nettoyage, de dé-
sinfection et de sécurité :
- Déposer les poignées stérilisables.
- Nettoyer le système au moyen d'un chiffon
imbibé d'un détergent de surface et respec-
ter les recommandations de dilution et de
température du fabricant.
- Rincer l'appareil à l'aide d'un chiffon imbibé
d'eau, essuyer.
- Appliquer au moyen d'un chiffon imbibé, un
produit désinfectant de manière uniforme
en respectant les recommandations du
fabricant.
- Rincer à l'eau au moyen d'un chiffon imbibé,
afin d'enlever toute matière résiduelle (en
particulier les produits contenant des al-
déhydes, de l'ammonium quaternaire, des
agents tensioactifs).
- Essuyer à l'aide d'un chiffon sec.
- Vérifier qu'il ne reste aucun résidu liquide,
après nettoyage.
a) Exemples de produits recommandés
- Produits GETINGE USA : TEC QUAT 256.
- Produits ANIOS : SURFA'SAFE
NIOS G + Rat 0,5% ; ANIOSYME P.L.A;
SALVANIOS pH10 ; ANIOS DDSH.
- Produits Schülke & Mayr : ANTIFECT PLUS.
b) Exemples de produits interdits
Toute solution contenant du Glutaraldé-
hyde, du phénol, de l'Iode, de l'eau de
Javel, de l'alcool ou des Ions Chlorures
est à proscrire.
Les méthodes de stérilisation par fumi-
gation sont inadaptées et interdites.
5.2 Nettoyage et stérilisation des poignées
5.2.1 - Préparation avant nettoyage
Immédiatement après l'utilisation de la poignée,
prendre un chiffon doux pour nettoyer les
salissures extérieures.
Stocker les poignées dans un endroit permettant
de les maintenir humide, afin de faciliter leur
nettoyage futur.
Veiller à les disposer de telle manière qu'on ne
puisse pas salir l'intérieur.
Veiller à ne pas rayer les hublots (poignées
caméras uniquement).
5.2.2 - Nettoyage
Immerger les poignées dans une solution
détergente .

Les détergents enzymatiques peuvent détériorer
le matériau utilisé. Ils ne doivent pas être
employés pour des trempages prolongés et
doivent être éliminés par rinçage.
Laisser le produit agir pendant 15 mn, puis les
laver à la main, en utilisant une brosse douce
et un tissu non pelucheux.

CLEANING/DISINFECTION
STERILIZATION
The user must contact the sanitary specialists at
the medical center. The recommended products
and procedures must be observed.
In the event of doubt concerning the compatibility
of active agents to be used, contact the local
MAQUET SAS customer service.
5.1 Cleaning and disinfection of the surgical
lighting system :
Before cleaning, ensure the power is turned off
and the light is cooled down.
General instructions concerning cleaning,
disinfection and safety :
- Remove the sterilisable handles.
- Wipe the system with a cloth moistened with
a surface cleaner. Follow the manufacturer's
dilution and temperature recommendations.
- Rinse the unit with a damp cloth and wipe.
- Wipe evenly with a cloth moistened with
disinfectant. Follow the manufacturer's re-
commendations.
- Rinse with a cloth moistened with water to re-
move any residue (particularly when cleaners
containing aldehydes, quaternary ammonium
or surfactants are used).
- Wipe off with a dry cloth.
- Make sure that all liquid cleaning prod-
ucts used have been thoroughly wiped
off.

Solutions containing glutaraldehyde,
phenol, iodine, bleach, alcohol or
chloride ions must not be used.
Do not use disinfection by fumigation
methods.
5.2 Sterilizable handles: cleaning and
sterilization
5.2.1 - Preparation for Cleaning
Use soft cloth to wipe away gross soils from light
handle surface, immediately after its use.
Place handles in containment device for
transporting and keep soils moist to ease further
cleaning.
Avoiding situations that soil the inside surfaces
of handles. This can help ease the required
cleaning efforts.
Do not scratch the lens (video handles only).
5.2.2 - Cleaning
Submerge handles while soaking and washing
with a detergent

Let handles soak for 15 minutes and then
manually wash soils off, using soft cloth and
soft brushes.

aktif ajanların uyuşması ile ilgili tereddüt olması
halinde, MAQUET SA yerel satış sonrası servisi
ile irtibat kurunuz.
5.1 Aydınlatmanın temizlenmesi ve dezen-
fekte edilmesi:
Her türlü temizleme işleminden önce, cihazın
kapalı ve soğumuş olmasını kontrol edin.
Genel, temizlik, dezenfekte etme ve güvenlik
önerileri:
- Sterilize edilebilir sapları çıkarın.
- Sistemi bir yüzey temizleyici deterjana
batırılmış bir bezle temizleyin ve üreticinin
sulandırma ve sıcaklık talimatlarına uyun.
- Cihazı bir bez yardımıyla ılık su ile durulayın,
kurulayın.
- Üreticinin talimatlarına uyarak bir dezenfekte
edici ürünü bir bez yardımıyla uygulayın.
- Kalan artıkların (özellikle aldehidler, amonyum
kuaterner, tensioaktif ajanlar içeren ürünler)
giderilmesi amacıyla ıslak bir bez yardımı ile
su ile durulayın.
- Kuru bir bez yardımı ile kurulayın.
- Temizlik işleminin ardından hiç bir sıvı kalıntı
kalmamış olmasını kontrol edin.

Glutaraldehit, fenol, iyot, çamaşır suyu,
alkol veya klorür iyonları içeren her türlü
solüsyon yasaktır.
Buharla dezenfekte etme yöntemleri
uygun değildir ve yasaktır.
5.2 Sapların temizlenmesi ve sterilize
edilmesi
5.2.1 - Temizlik öncesinde hazırlık
Sapın kullanılmasının hemen ardından, harici
kirlerin temizlenmesi için yumuşak bir bez alın.
Daha sonraki temizleme işlemlerini kolaylaştırmak
için sapları, nemli kalabilecekleri bir yerde
depolayın.
Bunları iç kısımlarının kirlenmeyeceği şekilde
kullanmaya özen gösterin.
Lombozların çizilmemesine dikkat edin (sadece
kamera saplar).
5.2.2 - Temizlik
Sapları temizleyici bir solüsyona batırın
Enzimli deterjanlar kullanılan malzemeye zarar
verebilir. Uzun süre batırılmış olarak kalacakları
zaman kullanılmamalıdırlar ve durulama yöntemi
ile giderilmeleri gerekmektedir.
Ürün içerisinde 15 dakika bekletin, ardından
sapları yumuşak bir fırça ve tüysüz bir kumaş
kullanarak elde yıkayın.
