4 - UTILISATION
Ne pas utiliser l'appareil en présence
d'anesthésique inflammable.
Ne pas utiliser cet équipement dans
une salle IRM.
Ne pas utiliser la suspension de l'éclaira-
ge pour porter ou soulever des objets.
Ne pas se suspendre à l'éclairage.
4.1 - Mise en service de l'appareil
L'éclairage Axcel est équipé d'une poignée
ergonomique multifonctions qui permet :
- de commander l'éclairement et d'allumer ou
éteindre l'éclairage opératoire
- de positionner le coupole
- d'éviter les contacts accidentels avec les murs
ou d'autres matériels chirurgicaux.
L'interrupteur d'allumage/extinction est implanté
sur le côté du coupole, intégré à l'arceau situé
au centre du variateur.
Pour allumer ou éteindre l'éclairage opératoire
appuyer sur
Pour réduire l'éclairement, appuyer sur le "-".
Pour l'augmenter, appuyer sur le "+".

L'utilisateur doit adapter le niveau d'éclai-
rement aux nécessités de l'intervention
réalisée, notamment en cas de combi-
naison de plusieurs coupoles.

de l'émission de certaines longueurs
d'ondes, peut être incompatible avec
certaines pathologies.
Ne pas regarder directement la source
lumineuse, étant donné sa haute in-
tensité.
En cas de rétablissement d'une cou-
pure secteur, les coupoles se rallument
automatiquement selon un niveau
d'éclairement médian, quel que soit
l'état d'origine.
4.2 Déplacement et positionnement
Il est important de prépositionner l'éclairage
avant toute intervention afin de minimiser les
manipulations ultérieures.
Un bon prépositionnement adapté à chaque
opération permettra de réduire les interactions
potentielles avec les obstacles éventuels (Porte-
Sérum, bras de distribution...).
On déplace la coupole soit au moyen de la
poignée stérilisable amovible (1), soit au moyen
de la poignée extérieure (2). La poignée du
variateur (3) peut également servir à manipuler
l'appareil.

Une fois que la poignée stérile est
installée au centre de la coupole, celle-
ci ne peut être touchée que par les
membres de l'équipe chirurgicale.

Not suitable for use in the presence of a
flammable anesthetics mixture with air or
with oxygen or with nitrons oxide.
Do not use in an MRI environment.
Do not use the suspension of the surgical
light to carry or lift objects.
Do not hang on the surgical light.
4.1 - Switches on the Axcel cupola
Axcel is equipped with a multifunctional ergo-
nomic handle to :
- Position the cupola
- Control the level of illumination and switch the
lamp ON and OFF
- Protect against inadvertent contact with walls
or other surgical equipment.
There is a membrane switch panel integrated
into the light handle on the cupola yoke.
It includes three switches:
- The center switch toggles the lamp ON and
OFF.
- The Dimmer control switches are located
above and below the ON/OFF switch .
The plus sign will increase the illumination, while
the minus sign will decrease the illumination
level.
Light energy can potentially dry tissue.
The user must adapt the lighting level
to the needs of the operation to be per-
formed, particularly when several cupola
are used in combination.
Light is a form of energy that, on
account of certain wavelengths emit-
ted, may not be suitable for certain
pathologies.
Do not look directly at the light source
due to its high intensity.
In case of restoring of a power break,
lightheads switch on again automa-
tically according to a level of median
illumination whatever the original state.
4.2 Moving and positioning
The surgical light must be prepositioned prior
to any procedure to minimize subsequent
handling.
By prepositioning the surgical light appropriately
for each procedure, potential interactions with
possible obstacles are limited (Serum holder,
distribution arm, etc.).
Moving the cupola is achieved either through the
sterilizable and removable central handle (1) or
the external handle (2).
The dimming handle (3) is also designed to
manipulate the unit.

Once the sterile handle is installed on
the cupola, it should only be touched by
the surgical team members.

4.1 - Cihazın çalıştırılması
Axcel aydınlatması, aşağıdakileri sağlayan çok
fonksiyonlu ergonomik bir sapa sahiptir:
- aydınlığı kontrol etmek ve ameliyat
aydınlatmasını açmak veya söndürmek,
- kubbeyi yönlendirmek,
- duvarlarla veya diğer cerrahi malzemelerle
kazara temas etmesini önlemek.
Yakma/söndürme düğmesi, değiştirici ortasında
yer alan kemere bağlı, kubbenin kenarında yer
almaktadır.
Ameliyat aydınlatmasını yakmak veya söndürmek
için üzerine basın.
Aydınlatmayı kısmak için "-" üzerine, artırmak
için "+" üzerine basın.
Işık, potansiyel olarak dokuları bir ener-
jidir. Kullanıcının, özellikle birkaç kub-
be kombinasyonu olması durumunda,
aydınlatma seviyesini gerçekleştirilen
müdahale gereksinimlerine uyarlaması
gerekmektedir.
Işık, belli uzunluklarda
yayılması sebebiyle bazı patolojilerle
uyumlu olmayabilecek bir enerjidir.
Yüksek yoğunluğu sebebiyle doğrudan
ışık kaynağına bakmayınız.
Cereyanın kesildikten sonra tekrar
gelmesi halinde, kubbeler, ilk baştaki
durumu ne olursa olsun, otomatik ola-
rak orta aydınlatma seviyesinde tekrar
yanarlar.
4.2 Hareket ettirme ve konumunu belirleme
Daha sonra fazla ellememek amacıyla her türlü
müdahaleden önce aydınlatmanın pozisyonunun
önceden ayarlanması çok önemlidir.
Pozisyonun önceden doğru bir şekilde her
ameliyata uygun bir şekilde ayarlanması,
olası engellerle (serumluk, dağıtım kolu...)
oluşabilecek etkileşimlerin azaltılmasını sağlar.
Kubbe, gerek hareket ettirilebilir sterilize edilebilir
sap (1) ile gerekse dış sap (2) ile hareket
ettirilebilir. Ayrıca değiştiricinin sapı (3) da cihazın
hareket ettirilmesine yardımcı olabilir.

Steril sap kubbe ortasına yerleştirildikten
sonra, buna ancak cerrahi ekip üyeleri
dokunabilirler.
