Update of the I-NET 151
The I-NET 151 router has an automatic and manual software update system.
Software updates can be performed automatically. Before taking any action on the device (powering off, rebooting,
etc.), it is advisable to check the status of the LEDs and to ensure that the router is not in an update phase.
To update the software manually, refer to chapter "4.1.1 SYSTEME MENU > FIRMWARE > UPDATE FIRMWARE", page
212.
The installation of an update is visually translated into 3 steps as described below:
- All LEDs off : Download of new software (duration: up to 30 seconds)
- Flashing of the 3 LEDs one after the other: Installation of the new software (duration: up to 90 seconds).
IMPORTANT : Do not turn off the power during this step.
- Simultaneous flashing of the LEDs: Restart of the router (duration: up to 2 minutes)
NOTE : During the installation phase of the update, the Wi-Fi connection will be interrupted.
WARNING : DO NOT SWITCH OFF THE I-NET 151 ROUTER DURING THE UPDATE PHASE AS THIS MAY RENDER IT
PERMANENTLY UNUSABLE
PUK code
The PUK code (Personal Unblocking Key) is an 8-digit emergency code that unblocks your SIM when you have
entered the wrong PIN code three times in a row.
You can find it on the document that came with your SIM card. It can also be provided by your operator's customer
service. You have 10 attempts to enter this PUK code.
The PUK code is entered in the menu NETWORK - Mobile - General. (refer to chapter "2.1.1 NETWORK MENU >
MOBILE > GENERAL", page 173).
