Operating principle:
To ease the landing procedure especially for beginners, the model was designed in such a way that it still flies properly
at low speed. This is why a profile with a very high lift value was selected for the wings.
At full motor power, however, the model would rise much too steep while loosing speed at the same time due to the
high aerodynamic lift. The inevitable consequence would be a stall, which would crash the plane.
For this reason, the propeller is mounted in such a way that it not only pulls the model forward but also prevents
excess climbing at the same time. The required down thrust was exactly determined. The model will rise at a flat angle
at full motor speed (without having to use the elevator control) and always keep a sufficient flight speed.
Therefore, do not try to alter the position of the motor.
k) Inserting the flight battery
• Once you have connected the flight battery (1) to the
flight control, stow the flight battery in the battery com-
partment (see drawing). The reverse-protected plug
connector (2) should be located on the right side of the
battery.
• To replace the flight battery cover, first slide the front
latch (3) into the intended slot in the frame (4).
• Then press the cover on the rear end slightly down-
wards and lock it with the two latches.
Attention!
When locking the flight battery cover, make
sure that the two latches snap securely into the
notches of the flight battery cover.
For installing/deinstalling the accumulator, do not place the model on its back on a level surface. The pres-
sure exerted on the tips of the V-shaped wing may damage the wing.
Always place the model on a socket with the wing connector (cardboard box, piece of wood, etc.) at a suit-
able height.
Always remove the battery from the model for recharging. Never charge the flight battery in the model! The
heat generated by the recharging process can result in the battery deforming and the model being severely
damaged.
