Inserting and Connecting the Flight Battery

Attention, important!
Before connecting the flight battery to the model, the remote control transmitter must be taken into operation.
Observe that the transmitter is set to the mode desired by you and the control lever for the motor function
is in the bottom position.
Connect the flight battery (1) with the connector
protected against polarity reversal (2) of the model
electronics.
After approx. 2 seconds, a red LED inside the model
lights up on the model electronics and signals readiness
for operation of the model. The light of the LED is well
visible through the opening at the bottom of the fuselage
(3).
The rudder and elevator, as well as the motor react to
the movements of the control levers at the transmitter
now.
Then attach the battery to the battery chute (4) with the
two hook-and-loop points (see figure 5) as well.
If the LED is not lit, the transmitter may not
be switched on or not recognised by the
receiver (see next chapter: Renewing the
Transmitter/Receiver Binding).
If the LED flashes slowly, either the control
lever for the motor function is not correctly
pushed to the bottom position or the throttle
function trimming is set too high.
