Operation
Factory Reset
Performing a factory reset will restore all settings to default, disconnect the unit from the mobile app if connected,
and remove any primary and guest users. This can also help resolve issues connecting to the Flame Connect App.
To reset all the settings to factory default:
1. Turn the power off for 10 seconds at the main power switch.
2. Turn the power back on. The unit will start the warm-up sequence.
3. Once the warm-up sequence is complete, press and hold
must be performed on the hidden touch controls.
Priming the Unit
The unit will need to be primed with water prior to the first use and whenever the sumps are fully emptied (such as
after cleaning or maintenance).
Once the unit is connected to water and electrical supply, prime the unit using the hidden touch controls (Figure 19)
by following these steps:
1. Ensure the water valve is open. (Figure 9, page 13)
2. Put the power switch in the "on" position.
3. While the unit is in standby mode, press and hold
intensity icon ( ) will illuminate.
4. Press and hold
for 3 seconds. "FILLING" will scroll across the display for the duration of the priming. Once the
filling is complete, the display will show "FULL", the
return in standby mode.
5. To start the unit press

once. The warm up sequence will start.

for 5 seconds. The unit will remain in standby and the flame
icon will disappear, and 4 beeps will follow. The unit will
