Error message / Troubleshooting
Error code with the message "Please restart
QuikRead go" is displayed.
Error code with the message "Please contact
customer service" is displayed.
"Accumulator level is low. Please connect to
the mains cable in order to continue operation"
error message is displayed.
"Cuvette position not correct.
Remove cuvette." error message is displayed.
QuikRead go Instrument displays error messages
and guides the user in case it detects errors. Fol-
low the instruction displayed and see the trouble-
shooting table in this instruction for use and in
QuikRead go kit instruction for use.
Possible cause
Temporary malfunction of the instrument.
Permanent malfunction of the instrument.
Charge in accumulator is low.
Remnants of cuvette sealing foil is left on
the cuvette collar.
The instrument has a mechanical malfunction.
Contact your local supplier in case of needed sup-
port or a repair requirement.
Corrective action
Restart the instrument. If this error message is
displayed frequently, contact customer service.
Contact customer service.
Connect the power unit into QuikRead go
Instrument power connector.
Remove cuvette when the instrument has lifted
it up. Make sure that all remnants are removed
when doing the next measurement.
Check the item above. If it does not apply,
restart the instrument. If the problem persists,
contact customer service.
