3 USAGE
The usage of QuikRead go Instrument can be
divided into 3 main operations:
• Performing an assay
• Viewing results
• Changing instrument settings
Performing an assay
The instrument can be set to different measuring
modes as needed. The basic measuring mode
uses the simplest measuring protocol and is set
as default in a new instrument if settings have not
been changed when taking the instrument into use
(see Picture 19).
Only QuikRead go reagent kits can be used to
perform an assay. Read the instructions for use
of the corresponding QuikRead go reagent kit be-
fore use. The instructions provide more detailed
information on carrying out tests and handling
samples.
